Thanks LAFD, we appreciate you!
Thank you for this great blog and all the twitters. It has been a great resource for me to know where my husband might be at any given time. It is comforting in a way, actually, and much appreciated!
Thank you for your hard work, LAPD!
So in other words, LAFD promises:
To never give you up,
to never let you down,
to never run around and desert you.
:)
J,
It sounds as though you just 'Rickrolled' us!

I don't live anywhere *near* LA, but I so admire the work you-all are doing out there!
Be safe. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all!

Thank you Brian, all of the firefighters, police and everyone who has helped out in someway. You guys are AMAZING! We are all so greatful!
Thank you LAFD! We really appreciate you!
As a resident of the Malibu area, your courage and dedication has saved our property more than once.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you LAFD!!!

Thank you, thank you, thank you! We came very close to losing our home in the Marek wildfire, but thanks to the efforts of LAFD along with many others, our family has a home and entire community to return to.
Belated thank you to everyone @ the LAFD. My parents are safe and my neighborhood stands! We feel very fortunate that we were a little bit farther from the Marek epicenter and also that the winds died down in our area, but we also know it was due to the hard work of the firefighters in being vigilant that the blaze didn't go farther.
Bless the internet for allowing a more direct way to express gratitude, complete with a quasi-Rickroll!

Just want say THANK YOU !!! For saving our lives, and our animals the men and women of LAFD, LACFD, SHERIFFS, LAPD, FOREST RANGERS AND FOREST POLICE, AND ALL THE SURROUNDING AGENCIES that put their lives at risk to save ours.
Homes can be rebuild lives can't.
Material Things that's all it is when it comes to one's safety.
We live just below the Pacoima Dam where the Merick fire came very close to our house. The brave firefighters risked their lives to save our homes--words just cannot express my gratitude to all of them. As I sat on my front porch this morning, looking at the burnt hillside and watching as our fire chopper made their rounds, I was brought to tears of thanks to every man and woman that risk their lives for others. God bless each and every one of you for your bravery and the outstanding job you do...daily. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Be safe and may you always go home to your family and friends at the end of your shift. Justine from Sylmar.
