In order to maintain a state of perpetual readiness, the men and women of the Los Angeles Fire Department hone their skills regularly on a Company and Battalion level.

When preparing for a recent drill, members of LAFD's 1st Field Division, 2nd Battalion sought to share their respect and admiration for the men and women of our U.S. Armed Forces.

It is an honor beyond words to have our message included, as we indeed wish "Merry Christmas and Happy New Year" to men and women who are our personal heroes. We hope you will join us by sending a message to our troops.
