Anonymous 7:53,

Thanks for the note. Because we have a small staff, we always appreciate hearing when things aren't right.

I've spent the last few hours checking with friends and family across the country, seeing if they could view the content.

The only person who had trouble viewing the content was a person using a business computer network that knowingly blocked all content from YouTube.

Such blocking of sites by business owners is not uncommon. Though we try to use a variety of video providers, YouTube is among the most common.

If you were perchance trying to view the content from work, school or some other 'managed' network, please do try to access the content from home or some other site. If the problem persists, please contact your Network Administrator or Intenet Service Provider for guidance. If it is determined to be something on our end, please do not hesitate to contact our office by way of the LAFD Business Line via 3-1-1 or (213)485-5971.

Again, thanks for the note. YOur feedback will help us keep a close eye on technical matters related to video.

Respectfully Yours in Safety and Service,

Brian Humphrey
Public Service Officer
Los Angeles Fire Department
